Customers are responsible for the accuracy of the information provided in the bank transfer description.
If the bank transfer description is incorrect or incomplete, transaction verification and activation-code delivery may be delayed.

The activation-code delivery time is subject to the provisions stated on the Software Delivery and Provision Method page.
4. Incorrect Payment Information
Customers are responsible for checking all payment information before completing a transaction.
If a customer transfers funds to the wrong account number, pays an incorrect amount, provides an incorrect bank transfer description, provides an incorrect phone number, or submits inaccurate information, transaction verification and processing may be delayed.
In such cases, the customer should contact the provider and provide the necessary information to assist with transaction verification.
Incorrectly transferred funds, payments with incomplete information, or payments with incorrect transaction details will be handled after the provider has successfully verified the relevant transaction.
5. Third-Party Payment Services
For international payments made through PayPal, the payment transaction is processed through the PayPal payment system.
Customers are responsible for complying with the applicable terms, policies, and requirements of PayPal when using this payment method.

The provider will only request information necessary to verify and process transactions through the payment methods published on the website.
7. Payment and Activation Code Delivery
Completing a payment does not necessarily mean that the activation code will be delivered immediately.
The provider must verify the payment before issuing the activation code.
After the transaction has been successfully verified, the activation code will be provided through the delivery method corresponding to the customer’s payment method.
Detailed information regarding activation-code delivery is provided on the Software Delivery and Provision Method page.
8. Refunds
If a customer is eligible for a refund, the refund will be processed in accordance with the Refund Policy published on the Create IPA v2.0 website.
