2. Right to Use the Software
Create IPA v2.0 is provided to customers in the form of a right to use the software and does not constitute a transfer of ownership of the software.
After successful payment and receipt of an Activation Code (Activation Code/License Key), the customer is granted the right to use the software within the scope and duration corresponding to the purchased license.
The Activation Code is used to verify the customer’s right to use the software according to the Create IPA v2.0 licensing mechanism.
Purchasing the right to use the software does not mean that the customer purchases or acquires ownership of the software’s source code, algorithms, design, structure, or intellectual property rights.

3. Trial Period
Before making a purchase, customers are permitted to use the trial version of Create IPA v2.0 according to the number of trial runs provided by the software.
The trial period generally allows 10 to 20 trial runs, depending on the trial mechanism incorporated into the software version.
Customers are encouraged to use the trial period to test the installation, operation, and suitability of the software for their needs before making payment.

4. Software Activation
After successful payment, the customer will receive an Activation Code according to the delivery method applicable to the selected payment method.
The customer is responsible for entering the Activation Code accurately into the software.
The Activation Code is used according to the Create IPA v2.0 licensing mechanism and may be associated with technical identification information of the computer used for activation.
Customers must not interfere with the software’s authentication, verification, or license-management mechanisms.

5. Management and Protection of the Activation Code
The Activation Code is information used to verify the customer’s right to use the software.
Customers are responsible for keeping their Activation Code secure and must not provide the code to another person for unauthorized use beyond the scope of the purchased license.
Customers must not:
• Resell the Activation Code;
• Rent or lease the Activation Code;
• Share the Activation Code with multiple users beyond the permitted scope;
• Publicly post the Activation Code on the Internet;

• Create modified versions, copies, or derivative products from the software beyond rights permitted by law;
• Use the software or Activation Code to provide commercial services to third parties beyond the scope of the purchased license.
These restrictions are not intended to exclude any rights that customers are legally entitled to exercise under applicable law.

8. Intellectual Property Rights
Create IPA v2.0, including but not limited to its software, source code, structure, interface, design, algorithms, documentation, name, icons, content, and related components, is owned by or lawfully licensed to HKD CREATE IPA SOFTWARE or the respective rights holder.
The purchase of the right to use the software does not constitute a transfer of intellectual property rights in the software.
All rights not expressly granted to the customer under these Terms are reserved by the relevant rights holder in accordance with applicable law.

9. Use of Customer-Provided Data and Content
Customers are responsible for any text, data, or content that they enter into Create IPA v2.0.
Customers must ensure that they have the necessary rights to use the content entered into the software and that such use does not infringe copyright, intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other lawful rights of third parties.
The Provider is not responsible for violations of law arising from content independently entered into the software by the customer.

10. Data and Content Provided by AI Tools
Create IPA v2.0 may support workflows involving data generated or processed through third-party AI tools, as described in the software’s instructions.
Customers are responsible for reviewing the accuracy and suitability of data generated by AI tools before using such data.
The Provider does not guarantee that data generated by third-party AI services will always be accurate, complete, or fully appropriate for every context.
Create IPA v2.0 primarily provides tools for processing and presenting data and does not completely replace the user’s responsibility to review content generated by AI.

11. Offline Operation
Create IPA v2.0 is designed to operate on the customer’s computer and may be used offline according to the functions provided by the software.
Due to its offline operating characteristics, certain license-management functions are performed directly on the customer’s computer.
Customers must not interfere with or modify files, data, or technical mechanisms used to verify and protect the software license.

12. System Date and Time
Before entering an Activation Code, customers are responsible for checking and ensuring that the date and time settings on their computer are correct.
After activating the software, customers must not intentionally modify the system date or time for the purpose of extending the usage period, bypassing license limitations, or interfering with the software’s protection mechanisms.
Create IPA v2.0 may detect abnormal system-time changes that appear to be intended to interfere with the licensing mechanism.
If abnormal activity involving the system date or time is detected, the software may activate its license-protection mechanism according to its design.

13. Refund Requests and License Locking
Create IPA v2.0 includes an integrated refund-request mechanism.
When a customer selects the “Refund Request” / “Get Refund Code” function, the software will display three warnings before performing the locking operation.
Only after the customer continues and confirms through the warning steps will the software:
• Generate a Refund Code;
• Record the refund request;
• Permanently disable the usage rights associated with the current Activation Code on that computer.
After this operation has been confirmed, the customer cannot continue using the current Activation Code on that computer.
The software being locked does not mean that the refund request has been approved.
Refunds are processed in accordance with the Refund Policy published on the website.
The Refund Code is valid for 48 hours from the time it is generated.

Before taking enforcement action, the Provider may request that the customer cease the violation or provide information necessary to verify the matter, except where immediate protective action is reasonably necessary to prevent harm.
