REFUND POLICY
Last Updated: 20/08/2026
HKD CREATE IPA SOFTWARE is committed to providing a clear and transparent refund policy for customers who purchase the right to use Create IPA v2.0.
This Refund Policy specifies the conditions, time limits, procedures, and refund methods applicable to customers who have completed payment and received an activation code.
1. Eligibility for a Refund
Customers may request a refund if Create IPA v2.0 develops an error that prevents the software from operating properly or performing the functions publicly described, provided that the customer has installed and used the software in accordance with the applicable instructions.
Before deciding to purchase the software, customers are allowed to run the software free of charge for 10 to 20 trial runs, according to the software’s trial mechanism.
Customers are encouraged to use the trial period to test the installation and operation of the software on their computer before making payment.
Therefore, customers should only proceed with payment after confirming that the software meets their requirements and operates properly on their computer.
2. Refund Request Period
After receiving the activation code, customers have 03 days to request a refund in the event that the software develops an error that meets the refund conditions specified in this Policy.
To submit a refund request, the customer must use the Refund Code provided by the Create IPA v2.0 software.
Refund Code Validity
Each Refund Code is valid for 48 hours from the time it is generated by the software.
After the 48-hour validity period expires, the Refund Code can no longer be used to submit a refund request.
Customers must submit their refund request while the Refund Code remains valid.
3. Obtaining the Refund Code
When a customer wishes to request a refund, the customer may use the Refund Request / Refund Code function integrated into Create IPA v2.0.
The software will display a Refund Code corresponding to the customer’s software activation.
The customer must accurately copy the Refund Code generated by the software and use it in the refund request email.

After receiving a refund request email, the Provider will verify:
• Whether the Refund Code is valid;
• Whether the Refund Code is still within its 48-hour validity period;
• Whether the transaction information matches the payment records;
• The date and time the customer received the activation code;
• The status of the software purchase transaction;
• The reason for the refund request;
• Other information reasonably necessary to verify the transaction.
If the information provided by the customer is incomplete or requires further verification, the Provider may request additional information from the customer.
6. Refund Amount
If the refund request satisfies all applicable conditions under this Policy, the customer will receive a 100% refund of the amount paid for the software usage transaction.
The refund does not include fees or charges imposed by third parties outside the amount actually paid to the Provider, if any.
7. Refund Method
7.1. Customers Paying by Bank Transfer
For payments made by bank transfer in Vietnam, the refund will be transferred to the bank account verified as the account used for the original payment, or to another account mutually agreed upon after the transaction has been verified.
The customer is responsible for providing accurate information necessary to process the refund.
7.2. Customers Paying through PayPal
For payments made through PayPal, the refund will be processed through PayPal, based on the relevant payment transaction and the applicable PayPal refund mechanism.
The actual time required for the refunded amount to appear in the customer’s account may depend on PayPal and the relevant bank or financial institution.
8. Refund Processing Time
After receiving a valid refund request and completing the necessary verification, the Provider will receive and process the refund request within 48 hours.
After the refund request has been approved, the Provider will initiate the refund through the applicable payment method.
The actual time for the customer to receive the refunded funds may depend on the bank, PayPal, or other relevant payment service provider.
9. Cases Where a Refund Request May Not Be Approved
A refund request may not be approved in the following circumstances:
• The Refund Code has expired.
• The Refund Code is invalid or does not correspond to the relevant transaction.
• The refund request is submitted after the applicable refund period.
• The transaction information is insufficient for verification.
• The payment transaction cannot be verified.
• The customer provides false, inaccurate, or misleading information.
• The refund request does not correspond to an actual purchase transaction.
• The software operates properly according to its publicly described functions, but the customer requests a refund for a reason outside the scope of this Policy.
If a refund request is not approved, the Provider will inform the customer of the reason where sufficient information is available to determine the basis for the decision.
10. Software Errors
If the customer believes that the software has an error, the customer is encouraged to contact the Provider for assistance before or during the refund process.
The Provider will make reasonable efforts to assist the customer in identifying and resolving the issue.
If the issue cannot be resolved and the circumstances meet the refund conditions, the Provider will process the refund in accordance with this Policy.
11. Software Locking When a Customer Requests a Refund
Because Create IPA v2.0 is designed to operate offline, the software uses a local license-locking mechanism on the customer’s computer to control software usage after a refund request is initiated.
When the customer selects the “Refund Request” / “Get Refund Code” function, the software will display warnings before performing the locking operation.
The customer will receive three warnings informing them that the software will permanently disable the current activation on that computer before the operation is carried out.
Only after the customer continues and confirms through the warning steps will the software perform the following actions:
• Generate a Refund Code;
• Record the refund request;
• Permanently disable the usage rights associated with the current activation code on that computer.
After the locking process has been completed:
• The software can no longer be used with the current activation code.
• The software usage rights on that computer are suspended/terminated for the purpose of processing the refund request.
• The Refund Code is valid for 48 hours from the time it is generated.
• The customer must send the Refund Code to createipa.refund@gmail.com within its validity period.
• The software being locked does not mean that the refund request has been approved.
• The refund request will be reviewed and processed by the Provider in accordance with the conditions specified in this Refund Policy.
Customers should carefully read all warnings displayed by the software before confirming the refund request.
By continuing and confirming the refund request after the warning steps, the customer acknowledges that they are intentionally initiating the refund process and understand that the current activation rights on that computer will be permanently disabled.
12. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
• Providing accurate transaction information;
• Providing the correct Refund Code;
• Submitting the refund request within the applicable time period;
• Providing information necessary to verify the transaction;
• Not providing false or misleading information;
