This page specifies the method of providing and delivering Create IPA v2.0 software to customers who purchase and use the software through the provider’s website.
Create IPA v2.0 is a digital software product. The software is not delivered as a physical product.
The product is provided by allowing customers to download the software directly from the website and receive a valid activation code after the payment has been successfully verified.

2. Software Download and Installation
Customers may download the Create IPA v2.0 installer from the website to their personal computer.
The software installer is provided in .exe format.
After downloading the installer, customers are responsible for installing the software on a computer that meets the technical requirements published on the Product and Service Information page.
Customers may use the software free of charge for the number of trial runs specified by the software.
During the trial period, customers are encouraged to test the installation, startup, and operation of the software before deciding to purchase it.

3. Provision of the Software After Payment
After deciding to purchase the software and completing payment, the customer must wait for the provider to verify the payment.
The right to use the software is provided through a valid activation code.
The activation code will be generated and provided to the customer after the transaction has been successfully verified.
Each activation code may only be used within the scope, duration, and conditions of the usage package purchased by the customer.

4. Activation Code Delivery for Bank Transfer Payments
For customers paying by bank transfer, the customer must follow the payment instructions published on the website.
The customer is responsible for entering the required information in the bank transfer description, including the phone number required for receiving the activation code.
After the payment has been successfully verified, the provider will send the activation code by SMS to the phone number provided by the customer in the bank transfer description.
The customer is responsible for checking the phone number before making the bank transfer.
If the customer provides an incorrect or incomplete phone number, delivery of the activation code by SMS may fail or be delayed.
In such cases, the customer should contact the provider to verify the transaction and request assistance.

5. Activation Code Delivery for PayPal Payments
For customers paying through PayPal, after the payment has been successfully verified, the provider will send the activation code to the email address associated with the customer’s PayPal transaction or the email address provided by the customer during the payment process, as applicable.

After completing payment, customers are advised to check:
• Their Inbox;
• Their Spam/Junk folder;
• Other email folders where the message may have been automatically classified.
If the customer does not receive the email containing the activation code, the customer should contact the provider to verify the transaction and request assistance.

6. Activation Code Delivery Time
The provider will process and deliver the activation code within a maximum of 48 hours from the time the payment has been successfully verified, except where additional verification is required or circumstances beyond the provider’s reasonable control occur.

• The time required for the bank to confirm the transaction;
• The time required to verify the payment;
• The accuracy of the information provided by the customer;
• The availability of SMS or email delivery systems;
• Technical problems or events beyond the provider’s reasonable control.
If additional time is required to verify the transaction, the provider will assist the customer through the official contact information published on the website.

If the customer provides an incorrect phone number, incorrect email address, or incomplete transaction information, delivery of the activation code may be delayed.
The provider will assist the customer in verifying the transaction to the extent reasonably possible.
Assistance provided in cases where the customer has supplied incorrect information does not change the payment, refund, or software-use conditions published on the website.

10. Payment Not Yet Verified
The provider will only provide the activation code after the payment has been successfully verified.
If the transaction has not yet been verified, the payment information is incomplete, or the transaction requires further review, delivery of the activation code may be temporarily delayed until the transaction has been verified.
If a transaction shows signs of fraud, falsification, unauthorized payment, or other unlawful activity, the provider reserves the right to temporarily suspend delivery of the activation code and take appropriate measures to verify the transaction.
